Ravi began his journey as a Data Entry Operator (DEO) in 2011, demonstrating keen attention to detail and a robust work ethic. His commitment to excellence saw him transition smoothly between multiple roles in operations, eventually becoming a Unit Manager in 2019.
He has since then handled multiple units across various locations. With a profound understanding of FMCG operations, Ravi continues to enhance operational efficiencies and foster team excellence. His leadership not only drives significant business outcomes but also serves as a model for aspiring managers within the company.

Manisha V started her career at RK Foodland in 2003, as a Junior Programmer. She quickly adapted to the fast-paced environment and diversified her skills by transitioning into customer service and warehouse operations. She broke barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field of supply chain.
In 2024, Manisha manages warehouse operations, where she oversees critical client accounts in the QSR and FMCG segments. Her journey is marked by a continuous pursuit of knowledge through various challenging roles at RK Foodland.
