Manoj Xavier began his journey with OCS in 2011 as a Fitter, where his dedication and technical skills quickly set him apart. Within six months, he was entrusted with more responsibilities, allowing him to further develop his expertise. His commitment and leadership qualities were soon recognized, leading to his promotion to Team Leader within two years, and eventually to Supervisor. Manoj values the supportive work environment at OCS, where concerns are promptly addressed, allowing him to focus on delivering his best.
